The Ritz Paris's astral bar: each evening at 5pm the great lantern ascends to the ceiling in a sound-and-light ritual, revealing the circular bar beneath a projected fresco of zodiac constellations. Director of Mixology Romain de Courcy composes cocktails inspired by nature and the signs of the zodiac, perfumer's intuition, goldsmith's precision, to a soundtrack by Polo & Pan, with tapas from 5 to 10:30pm. Distinct from Bar Hemingway across the hotel.
