The historic grand café of the Place de l'Opéra, inaugurated in 1862 alongside the Grand Hôtel (now InterContinental Paris Le Grand), Napoleon III gilding and coffered ceilings facing the Opéra Garnier. Primarily a restaurant and all-day café-terrace under chef Laurent André, it serves a compact list of classic cocktails at €25 and a seasonal oyster bar.
