Purovoku is a street cocktail bar spread over a four storey building on pedestrian Karipi street, from the basement up to a terrace. Its name is the Japanese pronunciation of the word provoke, and framed images from the 1968 Japanese photography magazine Provoke hang on the walls. The team builds its drinks around circular economy and zero waste principles, supporting small producers and working with neighbouring businesses to cut waste.
