NUDA Bar sits on Zidovska in central Bratislava and describes itself as natural wine, food and fun. The list favors small wineries and biodynamic growers, with bottles from the surrounding region and from further afield, running across whites, reds, rose, bubbles and skin contact. Champagne, sake, a few long-standing cocktails and seasonal snacks sit alongside the wine. Sommelier Rasto Masrna leads the room and chooses the bottles. Oysters are opened every Thursday, and the bar regularly hands an evening over to visiting chefs, winemakers and bartenders. Doors open at five in the evening from Tuesday to Saturday, with a later close on Friday and Saturday.
