The drinks menu runs in themed sets: The Elements of Nature gathers Air, Earth, Fire and Water, while The Whisperers of the Past moves through Incas, Toltec, Mayan and Aztec. Each serve arrives with its own small plate, so a cocktail comes matched to a bite chosen for it, and zero proof cocktails sit on the same list.
