Nosso is a Black owned cocktail bar in downtown Oakland built around handcrafted drinks, a kitchen of elevated bar food and music that keeps the room moving. A wall of pink roses anchors the space, and live DJ sets run through the later part of the week. The list includes Now You Nosso with vodka, lychee puree, orange liqueur and lemon, a Blush Hour of gin, Campari, passion fruit and a prosecco float, and a mezcal and cucumber El Fume. Wagyu sliders, Thai chili wings and Brussels sprouts come from the kitchen. The bar takes reservations and hosts birthdays, rehearsal dinners and corporate gatherings.
