Nebotičnik is the rooftop bar at the top of Ljubljana's landmark 1930s skyscraper in the city centre. The 12th floor café and bar has a terrace that wraps around the building with a 360 degree view over the old town, Tivoli Park and the castle. Coffee and breakfast give way to cocktails in the evening, with a lounge on the floor below and events on the terrace.
