Kolibri Cocktail Bar

Kolibri is an intimate cocktail bar in one of Ljubljana's historic quarters, taking its cue from the area's old distilling heritage. Guests drink at an apothecary styled counter. The bartenders work from old recipes for tinctures, bitters and herbal remedies alongside housemade cordials and infusions, and they also mix drinks to order off the menu.
