Monkey Love

Monkey Love sits on the Vistula bank at Bulwar Flotylli Pińskiej, out on the Czerniakowski headland, and the team behind it says plainly that it is not a restaurant, not a bar and not a club. The model is the listening bar, built on vintage analogue audio and lighting designed for the room. Bar manager Damian Mielniczek runs a list whose Autorskie section includes Señorita Mantequilla, with Herradura Silver, browned butter, honey caramelized banana and lime, alongside the house Monkey Sling. Kombucha, syrups, infusions and edible hibiscus paper are made in house. Marcin Molik's kitchen leans Asian, and a garden opens onto the water in warmer months.
