Perched on Montjuïc with views over Barcelona's port, Martínez is a terrace restaurant-bar serving arroces y brasas, rices and grills, alongside a proper cocktail menu, and has been doing so since around 2013. Come for a sunset drink even if you don't stay for the rice.
