Jigger & Pony's cosmopolitan hybrid of Western and Japanese influence, inspired by 1960s post-war Ginza: shokunin craftsmanship, film-noir mood and a convivial house-party warmth in a 1930s Bukit Pasoh shophouse of about forty seats, furnished with Falcon chairs, Saarinen Tulip stools and a Noguchi Akari lamp.
