Late Checkout is a cocktail bar and kitchen in a former textile warehouse in Lower Parel's Mathuradas Mill compound, from Pawan and Nikita Shahri, the team behind Gigi and Lyla. The room keeps the mill's 21-foot ceilings and skylight, with a metal and wood bar and three seating areas, and the cocktails lean savoury, with umeshu, fat-washed spirits and mushroom bitters among the ingredients. The kitchen serves Asian-leaning bar plates, and a buggy carries guests through the compound.
