Lane's is the gin bar inside Hotel Bristol on Krakowskie Przedmieście. Cocktails arrive in hand made glassware in a range of unusual shapes, and the menu reaches past the printed list into a Little Black Book of handwritten notes and recipes kept by the bar team. The spirits portfolio is chosen around gin but travels widely. The Signatures section leads with the house named Lane's Lychee Martini, and continues into drinks such as Yoru 75, which lifts No. 3 gin and grapefruit cordial with champagne. Nikkei plates built for sharing bring Peruvian and Japanese cooking together. The bar takes no reservations and admits adults only.
