KAA° Mixology is a cocktail bar on Király utca, set inside the plant filled Twentysix Budapest complex next to its restaurant. The team builds drinks from balanced proportions, good produce, house made elements and precise technique, and explains its methods openly: burning for deeper caramelised notes, aromatising the glass so scent arrives before the first sip, smoking for depth, infusing spirits with fruit, spice and herbs, and clarifying for a cleaner texture. The list changes with the seasons while the ritual stays the same, and the current signature range is named The Snake, The Bat, The Raven, The Seahorse, The Boar and The Tiger.
