Josephine takes its name and its look from Josephine Baker and the 1920s, a cocktail bar and restaurant on Kralja Milutina in central Belgrade fitted out in glamorous Art Deco with meticulous attention to detail. The house calls the aim a world both modern and timeless. Behind the bar sits a long cocktail list of what it calls authentic formulas, backed by a deep spirits shelf and a wine selection that rotates through producers from around the world. The kitchen runs all day, from breakfast to dinner, with a lavish and eclectic seasonal menu built on fresh ingredients and house made delicacies. Service starts at noon and runs late into the night.
