Herrengedeck takes its name from the Franconian pairing of beer and a spirit and pairs that local nod with a craft cocktail programme. The menu splits into the house classics and new creations with unexpected ingredients, and the vegan cocktails are a point of pride. A cocktail tasting runs every evening at 19:00 by reservation, and guests are welcomed with water and snacks in a cosy, homely room.
