Bar Europa has served cocktails on Innere Laufer Gasse since 2004, with seats at the bar and outside in the open air. The menu runs from two centuries of classics, including Trader Vic and Don the Beachcomber recipes, to the house's own creations such as the Saffronizer with saffron gin and ginger beer. A rotating pick of Franconian beers from regional breweries sits alongside the cocktails.
