G. Toti is the speakeasy style rooftop bar on the second floor of the historic Hotel Andaluz, named for the site of Albuquerque's first bootlegging arrest. Cocktails pay tribute to the late 1930s and early 1940s, pairing new-for-then classics with modern technique, alongside wine, local beer on tap and bar snacks with New Mexican flavors. Guests choose between plush indoor seating and an outdoor patio with swing chairs.
