Franck Audoux's cocktail maison in a four-story 17th-century townhouse on Boulevard Saint-Germain, unveiled with Moët Hennessy: three distinct bars (Art Nouveau ground floor, drugstore-inspired marble first floor, frescoed salons above), a Rizzoli bookshop, and one of the world's smallest open-air cinemas on the roof. The original Cravan still pours in Hector Guimard's 1911 building in the 16th.
