Bonsoir Bonsoir holds the corner of Rue du Chemin Vert and Rue Saint-Maur in the 11th arrondissement, a few streets back from the noise of Oberkampf, in the Saint-Ambroise quarter. It is a cocktail bar with a restaurant side, cozy and low lit, and it has settled into the role of a neighborhood room for the people who live around it. Original, balanced creations are the house strength, served next to classics the team executes straight, without pretension. A downstairs room, furnished with sofas, can be closed off for a group. Service starts in the early evening Tuesday through Saturday and runs to two in the morning.
