Bar No.3 is a compact cocktail room at 277 Xingguo Road in Changning, close to Taian Road and across from the landmark Wukang Mansion. The OHA Group, which runs several other Shanghai venues, operates it, and the bar has been mixing drinks here since 2014. Seating is limited to roughly a dozen stools at the counter plus a few lounge corners, so arriving early helps. The list leans on classic cocktails, some served straight and others reworked, with whisky drinks a long-running strength and a handful of specials that change with the seasons. Architect Diao Wei designed the warm, understated room.
