Bar Kabinett

Bar Kabinett is the first bar of Oscar Jonsson Buhre, formerly head bartender at Lucy's Flower Shop, and it opened in late August 2026 in the Grev Turegatan room that housed A Bar Called Gemma. He designed the 40-seat interior himself as a cross between a living room, a classic cocktail bar and a Danish brown pub, with lava lamps, a record collection and art on the walls. The list starts from the classics and reworks them with fermentation and natural acids, in drinks such as a Sherry Cobbler, a Whisky Highball and a Strawberry Fizz, with snacks like curry-pickled eggs.
