Bar De Luxe
Bar De Luxe is a Japanese-style cocktail bar on the seventh floor of the H Code building in Central, brought to Hong Kong in 2017 by Hidetsugu Ueno of Bar High Five in Tokyo, who oversees the programme. It moved from the Asia Pacific Centre to H Code in 2021, into a room of raw timber and turquoise tiles under a ceiling fixture modelled on the frame of a paper umbrella. Drinks follow Ginza bartending practice, with house signatures such as the Yan Cha Manhattan.
