Bar Buonasera is a small Japanese-style cocktail and whiskey bar on the seventh floor of Mody House in Tsim Sha Tsui, opened in 2012 as an outpost of a bar of the same name in Osaka. Nick Tse and Ayako Miyake have run it since 2017, mixing classic and bespoke cocktails and pouring whiskeys from Japan, Ireland, Canada, Taiwan and the US.
