The name pairs 'amma', Icelandic for grandmother, with the Spanish honorific 'Don', which the venue describes as an ode to a grandmother's undisputed authority and savoir-faire. It opens Wednesday through Saturday evenings, with bookings via its website. It won Best Cocktail Bar for Iceland at the 2026 Bartenders' Choice Awards.
