Perched on the second floor above Causa, Amazonia brings Peruvian-inflected cocktails to Blagden Alley with a rooftop hideaway that functions as one of DC's best warm-weather drinking spots. The bar earned a 2025 Spirited Awards nomination and builds its programme around pisco, Peruvian botanicals, and a collection of South American spirits rarely seen outside Lima. The Pisco Punch gets the proper treatment here — house-made pineapple gomme, fresh citrus, and a long stir over hand-cut ice. The interior is lush and tropical without crossing into tiki pastiche, and the kitchen sends out ceviches and anticuchos that pair cleanly with the drinks list.
