Tayēr + Elementary has added its first non-alcoholic cocktail to its bottled range. Vibes Only Negroni, created by co-founders Monica Berg and Alex Kratena, is a single-serve take on the classic aperitivo built to keep the bitterness and balance of the original without the alcohol.
The blend uses Pathfinder, the hemp-based non-alcoholic spirit, Opius Rubedo, sage and blood orange. The bar describes the result as bright citrus up front, earthy herbal notes behind it and a long, bittersweet finish. It is meant to be served the way a Negroni is served: chilled, over ice, with a slice of orange.
“The challenge with creating a non-alcoholic Negroni is not simply removing the alcohol, it’s preserving the complexity, balance and sense of occasion that make the drink so special in the first place,” Berg and Kratena said. “We wanted to create an experience that could stand alongside its alcoholic counterpart, delivering the same experience of flavour that Negroni lovers expect.”
The London bar, No.5 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025 and No.12 in the first Europe’s 50 Best Bars list this year, has built much of its reputation on ready-to-drink serves. Elementary, the front room, pours classic cocktails on tap; Tayēr, behind it, is the produce-driven bar where the two founders work with seasonal ingredients and their own techniques. Bottling a non-alcoholic serve extends that approach to guests who want the ritual of a Negroni without the ABV, a group that keeps growing in London and beyond.
Vibes Only Negroni is sold through the Tayēr + Elementary shop at £8.50 a bottle.
