Wishbone Bar sits on the second floor of the Bowery Building on Jalan Ahmad Yani in central Semarang. It plays like a high-energy jazz club crossed with an upscale cigar lounge, with leather seating at low tables, cigars and live music, and an extensive rare spirits collection. A Tavern Group house, it pours cocktails such as the Red Snapper, with Parmesan gin, basil and smoked tomato, and the Golden Sunset, a Japanese blend with curry, pineapple, coconut and bubbles, alongside plates made to go with the drinks. Guest shifts have brought in bartenders from Modernhaus in Jakarta and The Haflington in Vietnam.
