A 1920s-styled speakeasy hidden behind an unmarked black door bearing only the letters VCC in Temple Bar, entered by ringing a doorbell. Open since 2012, it spans three floors with a roof terrace, is strictly over-23s, and serves an award-winning menu tracing drinks history from the 1400s onward.
