Trinity occupies rooms of an 18th century former monastery on Vilniaus street in the Old Town and calls itself a restaurant and cocktail house. Under one roof it runs the Aperitivo cocktail bar, inspired by Italian drinking culture, an à la carte Mediterranean restaurant and the late opening Digestivo bar. Aperitivo offers cocktail tastings, including a flight tracing the cocktail through five eras and a cocktail and amuse bouche pairing.
