The Red Door is a downtown Providence bar on Peck Street with a signature cocktail list that reads like a travelogue: This Side of Paradise on gin, Centum Herbis, pear and velvet falernum; Castaway on Clément and Bounty spiced rum with coconut cream and allspice dram; Sunset in Auvergne on rye with rhubarb and Salers; La Tomatina on vodka, sweet and spicy tomato, aquavit and olive brine. There is an upstairs drink menu, a kitchen and happy hour, and the doors open at five, or three on Sunday.
