The Goose is a speakeasy-style cocktail lounge in the Mercado del Lago plaza at McCormick Ranch, opened in April 2024 beside Crust Simply Italian by the group behind The Ostrich in Chandler. The Art Deco room has black and white marble floors, candlelit tables and banquettes under patterned wallpaper, with seats for about 40. The list works through classics such as the Last Word, the Vesper and the Hemingway daiquiri, plus house drinks and whiskey flights, with shareable plates from the Crust kitchen.
