Spuntino is a small Italian restaurant on West 32nd Avenue in Highland, run by Elliot Strathmann and chef Cindhura Reddy, whose South Indian heritage runs through dishes such as capellini with garlic achaar and garganelli with Colorado lamb keema. Pasta, bread, gelato and some cheeses and digestivi are made in house. It is a dinner restaurant first, with a bar that pours an amaro selection, wine and cocktails and runs a happy hour on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
