Sobrio by Mezcal Speakeasy

Sobrio grew out of a mezcal collection once housed in a tiki bar, now a dedicated mezcalería in the centro histórico pouring more than forty artisanal expressions from small producers in limited batches, plus sotoles from several states, mezcal Negronis and chile-infused Margaritas, craft Oaxacan beer and pulque. Guided tastings run from a 30-minute aromas primer to mezcal-and-chocolate pairings.
