Pezzetto is the little brother of Quanto Basta, a wine bar and bistro in Lecce that sums itself up as food and wine by feel. Wine is poured alongside seasonal cooking that follows the chef's inspiration, with a regular menu plus off-menu specials that change as the team experiments with techniques and ingredients. The autumn 2026 menu brought pork belly with sweet potato cream and a scapece sauce of mussels, and beetroot with berries, sweet-and-sour red onion and smoked almonds. Specials have included black bread crostone with herb liver pâté, figs and friggitelli kimchi, and a vegan spaghetti with a sea pesto of salicornia, sea lettuce and rock samphire, finished with toasted nori.
