Perlage is a champagne bar at The Galleria on Al Maryah Island, done in deep reds with platinum accents, plush velvet banquettes and low lighting. The menu is built around bespoke champagne cocktails, mixed at the bar by a team in street-inspired uniforms. Guests enter through Flamingo Room or from the Rosewood hotel, and the bar runs late into the night.
