Palladio Bar is the bar of Airelles Palladio on the Giudecca, and the hotel frames it as a continuation of the Venetian aperitivo, a room where the day runs from morning cappuccinos to sunset cocktails. The decor borrows from the city's historic bars, time-worn wood and Murano glass chandeliers, with white-jacketed bartenders at a marble counter and views over the Fondamenta. Negroni, Americano and Spritz lead the list, reinterpreted alongside signature drinks, with a tapas menu by abc kitchens and pastry by Cedric Grolet. Open every day from nine in the morning to midnight.
