MO Bar is the cocktail bar of Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, on Quai Turrettini by the Rhône. Head bartender Christophe Pinto writes the cocktail and mocktail list, whose current edition is framed as a travel journal of flavours gathered across continents. The room is dressed in smoky brown and turquoise, the bar also serves tapas and classic drinks, and the terrace stays open until midnight.
