Macchialina is the Alton Road taverna of chef Michael Pirolo and sommelier Jacqueline Pirolo, whose wine work won the Michelin Guide Florida Sommelier Award in 2025, and its bar keeps a negroni on draft of Wabasso gin, Gran Classico and Berto Rosso. The cocktail list is split into to start, shaken and complex, and stirred and direct, with a Midnight in Sicily of double-oaked bourbon, cacao-infused Macchia Rosso and Averna among the stirred.
