Las Ramblas is a cocktail lounge in Market Square in historic downtown Brownsville, at the southern tip of Texas, and a James Beard Outstanding Bar finalist in both 2023 and 2024. Its menu credits each house cocktail to the bartender who created it and the year, organized from in-house classics and big and boozy through fruity and tropical, sour, nightcap and low alcohol, with most drinks at ten to twelve dollars.
