La Factoria calls itself Puerto Rico's premier cocktail bar, an unassuming corner room in Old San Juan that helped ignite Latin America's cocktail renaissance. It is a warren of connected spaces: the front bar, a wine room, a salsa room with a house band, a neon DJ room and a ten-seat candlelit classics bar. There are no reservations and it is twenty-three and over.
