Insider is the gt. restaurant group's cocktail bar, on the second floor of a mansion on Sretenka Street. It began in a basement on Orlikov Lane in 2017 and moved here in January 2021. The idea is the bar of the future, "not cyberpunk, but a logical tomorrow": compressed earth walls, Baccarat crystal, a bar lab and an island station designed with Behind Bars of Oslo. Head bartender Alexander Tsurkan's list includes Baccarat Negronis built on the four elements and a focaccia and mozzarella Double Margarita. It opens Thursday to Saturday, 8pm to 4am, for guests 21 and over. It won the 2021 Best New Opening Award.
