HMF is the bar and gathering place of The Breakers in Palm Beach, named for the resort's founder Henry Morrison Flagler and set in the former Florentine Room off the North Loggia of the grand lobby, where guests drank and dined for decades before the room was reinvented. The resort describes the space as steeped in the glamour of an earlier era yet wholly current. The program pairs an eclectic, globally influenced menu with a wine list of more than 2,200 selections and an array of inventive cocktails, and music and entertainment director Kirill Basov sets the tone with his mash-ups of old and new.
