Eve is a bar and lounge on East Parrish Street opened in February 2026 by Uma Ramiah, an event planner, and Jessica Breland, a former WNBA player, who finished the build-out themselves. The deep brick room has tall shelves of bottles and books reached by a rolling ladder, and a bar top with a resin channel set with dried flowers and ferns. The seasonal list covers botanical cocktails and zero-proof drinks, local beer, tea and coffee, and the space hosts pop-ups, listening parties and private events.
