The cocktail program draws on New Liberty's local distillery output, with house spirits forming the backbone of a menu that favours clean, sessionable builds during happy hour and more complex, spirit-forward compositions as the evening progresses. The design is European-inflected, marble counters, brass fixtures, and a bottle shop that lets you take the evening home. A bar that demonstrates you can serve great coffee and great cocktails under the same roof without compromising either.
