Devil's Toboggan opened in 2018 on the second floor of a restored factory in Bozeman's Cannery District, under the line handcrafted cocktails for civilized people. It runs a daily happy hour, a small kitchen, a printed spirits list and a catering arm called the Devil's Bar Car, and the James Beard Foundation named it an Outstanding Bar semifinalist in 2025.
