Darling is a Chinese-inspired cocktail bar in Central Square, opened in the former Mary Chung's space by Brian Callahan, previously bar director at Tiger Mama, Orfano and Row 34, and Zimu Chen. The cocktail menu changes daily and leans on Asian ingredients such as shochu, matcha and red-bean amazake. Chef Ryan Poutre's dim sum menu runs alongside.
