Chupito is an agave-led Mexican cocktail bar that opened in 2021 in a shipping container behind a Gastown taqueria and moved to Yukon Street in Mount Pleasant in April 2025. The drinks centre on tequila, mezcal and Mexican flavours with a low-waste approach, served with seafood-led plates inspired by Sinaloa. Much of the space is a covered patio, where the original yellow container bar was reinstalled in 2026.
