Bylo, nebylo is a cocktail bar in Liberec, run by Martin and Eliška on U Nisy. The pair set out to make cocktails you will not find anywhere else, and they spend a lot of their time hunting new flavors at home and on the road. The back bar holds more than 400 bottles of spirits from around the world. Most of the ingredients that go into the drinks are made in house, which lets the team put together combinations of their own. The bar runs a loyalty program, takes reservations online, sells through its own e-shop and rents the room for private events. Doors open Wednesday through Saturday at 17:00.
