Bar Crisol is the evening side of a sister cafe to Exo Roast Co., housed in a charming adobe building in Tucson's historic Barrio Viejo. The cafe pours Exo coffee by day, and from Wednesday to Saturday evenings the room reopens as a bar built around agave spirits, botanical cocktails and signature coffee drinks, with vintage typewriters among its retail offerings.
